Introduction
Hung Phat Joint Stock Company was established in 2006 in the traditional tailoring village of Kieu Ky, Gia Lam District, Hanoi. We are proud to be one of the pioneering companies in Vietnam with the capability to independently manufacture trolley luggage, backpacks, and travel bags - from plastic granules, molds, and labels to wheels and handles.
Over 500 skilled workers
With nearly 20 years of maintaining a strong market position, we have expanded our operations to include a factory area of over 33.000 square meters, 12 modern production and assembly lines, and a skilled workforce of over 500 skilled workers. Additionally, we have over 200 sales agents nationwide.
Exporting worldwide
The maximum monthly capacity of our factory can reach over 90,000 plastic suitcases, 15,000 aluminum frame suitcases, 20,000 fabric suitcases, and 20,000 backpacks and bags. Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
All incoming materials will be inspected by QC, each procedure with a QC, and each production line with 3 QC to check piece by piece before packing finished goods will be randomly inspected again every week will have a meeting to discuss the serious quality issue during the week.
Quality Control Procedures
Once an order is confirmed, first the sales department will completely explain all the requirements of the order to the production dept and QC department. Then the QC dept will have an inspection list for each procedure. Then QC will check one by one during the whole process and make records for all defects and improve immediately for the defects. Once an order is finished, QC will have a full report of the quality issue to the sales dept and production dept, then will have a meeting to discuss and improve next time.

Procedures and Practices
For new product development, one way is based on the customer's requirement, and the other is created by our own designer. The main practice once we have designed a new shape, first we send it to our customer to get the comments as much as possible and improve based on it, then we need to assess the possibilities during the mass production in each procedure, if there is no problem, we confirm one new design finally.
